It's a small business, so it worked fine for the previous IT guy, but we're. I like it, but it's running out of space. I realize the general topic has been discussed many a time here on SpiceWorks. What I'm pondering about now is with our current system. Computer Naming - Change/Upgrade/Expand - Thoughts/Ideas? Best Practices & General IT.Anyone run into this with 11.0.13? Is there a new registry key that needs to be configured I'm not aware of? I glanced at the release notes and didn't see anything referencing this. I wouldn't be bothered by it but the fact is that it opens it over Work With Certificates and since I already have my users trained to look for one button, I'd prefer to keep it this way.

However, while testing the latest version of Adobe Reader (11.0.13), I'm noticing that a new view labeled 'Fill & Sign Tools' appears along with 'Work with Certificates' (see 11.0.13 Fill & Sign view below).

To clean up the Fill & Sign menu, I pushed out a registry key labeled bEnableAcrobatHS with a setting of 0 housed in HKLM\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\11.0\Workflows (Add Wow6432Node in between Software and Adobe for 64 bit installs) and all was great (see 11.0.12 Fill & Sign View below). I disabled a lot of the options that appeared in Adobe Reader to help my users out a bit as they only need the option that states "Sign with Certificate" housed in "Work With Certificates" in order to function. Some time back, we pushed out eSign pads with settings set in Adobe Reader.
